REMEMBERING THE SUPERBOWL
So I was watching ESPN as I was getting dressed this morning and began to remember our journey to the superbowl.
The postseason was a groundbreaking story that now any NFL coach can use to teach their team. Imagine, using the 08 Giants as an example to teams in the future that united we can overcome…that sounds gooood!
From breaking down like T.O. to a retiring Bret Favre we have suceeded our journey. This is bigger than football if you really think about it. It teaches you a lesson in life that you can accomplish anything you put your heart into. We had so many rookies in the team I thought it was going to be a mediocre year but not for the Giants. I guess those quotes about following your heart aren’t B.S.. We should be proud as fans that we had the chance to go on the road with these guys and see them break those barriers. It won’t happen like this for a long while but we get the chance to say “I was there”.
Thank you fans for supporting a team that will go down in history as the team that never gave up. Can’t wait until the movie comes out
